SEEWA is an organization spearheaded by women, dedicated to the empowerment of disadvantaged groups within society. It has established a robust presence across India, supported by a vast network of volunteers. The organization concentrates its efforts on youth and children’s issues, facilitating significant improvements in their educational outcomes, health, skill acquisition, career development, and sustainable livelihoods. In addition, SEEWA is committed to environmental conservation, the empowerment of women, and ensuring food safety and security. The organization also responds to societal needs by engaging in projects that address the challenges posed by both natural and manmade disasters, including the COVID-19 pandemic, floods, and drought relief initiatives.
